| 摘 要： | 校对工作在整个编辑出版工作中占有重要地位，它是出版质量保证体系的重要环节。影响校对质量的因素主要有校对人员的工作态度和业务能力、校对工作的规范程度以及管理制度的健全情况等。要提高校对质量，必须在提高编辑人员素质，加强对校对工作的管理等方面采取措施。

| Abstract: | Factors affecting the quality of proofreading are chiefly the working attitude and professional ability of the proofreading workers,the standard of proofreading and the perfection of management system.Therefore in order to improve the quality of proofreading we must take measures to improve the quality of the editorial staff members and strengthen the management of proofreading. |
