| 摘 要： | EDA技术集电子技术、计算机技术、智能化技术等多种应用学科的成果,实现了实践、电子技术、计算机能力、综合能力的有机结合。结合微电子专业课程特点,阐述了在微电子专业课程中引入先进EDA工具的重要性,介绍了EDA技术与课程内容整合的教学设计及实施。

| Abstract: | EDA integrate electronic technology,computer technology,intelligent technology and so on many kinds of applying subject.EDA is the combination of the practice,electronic technology,computer ability and comprehensive ability.This paper introduces the importance of introducing advanced EDA tools in microelectronics professional course according to its feature.The teaching design and implementation is presented in the combination of EDA and the courses of microelectronics. |
