| 摘 要： | 职业教育产教融合园是现代职业教育发展的标志性产物之一。但有多元利益相关方参与的产教融合园,当前正面临着管理体制和机制的诸多问题。为有效破解这些影响园区运行效率的障碍和问题,就必须研究园区治理制度体系、方法体系和运行体系的具体内涵,坚持园区多元系统治理、严格依法治理和统筹综合治理的原则,全新构建包含信念价值、成套制度、主体角色担当、治理技术和财税资源支持等要素的治理结构,从而形成职业教育产教融合园的现代治理体系,不断提高园区治理效能,达成园区善治良治的理想格局。

| Abstract: | Industry education integration park is one of the symbolic products of the development of modern vocational education. However, with the participation of multiple stakeholders, the industry education integration park is facing many problems of management system and mechanism. In order to effectively solve these obstacles and problems that affect the operation efficiency of the park, it is necessary to study the specific connotation of the park governance system, method system and operation system, adhere to the principles of multiple system governance, strict legal governance and overall management of the park, and build a new system including belief value, complete system, main role, governance technology and financial and tax resources support, so as to form a modern management system of vocational education industry education integration park, continuously improve the efficiency of park management, and achieve the ideal pattern of good governance. |
