| 摘 要： | 高职院校要实现可持续性发展,一个重要环节就是要保障毕业生就业渠道的畅通。以"河北省高职毕业生就业状况抽样调查"为切入点,分析高职毕业生的就业率、就业薪酬以及就业去向等基本情况,提出高职毕业生就业中存在的主要问题和对策。

| Abstract: | The important step for higher vocational college to realize continuable development is to insure the employment’s path unblocked.The paper takes "Hebei province higher vocational college graduates’ employment situation sampling survey" as the breakthrough point,analyzes higher vocational education college graduates employment ratio,employment salary and employment position,then points out the main employment problems for the graduates and countermeasures. |
