缄默知识的实践性教学意义初探 |

摘 要: | 缄默知识是相对于显性知识而言的一种知识类型,是人类整体知识的重要组成部分。缄默知识在职业院校的实践性教学中真实地存在并发挥特殊的作用,如帮助职校生更有效地掌握复杂的动作技能,并且是长久的,也是节约心理能量的。而基于这种特殊作用可以建构出更有效的实践性教学策略,使教师成为缄默知识的开掘者;通过"学徒制"模式为职校生建构知识创造条件;通过良好的氛围以促进缄默知识的显性化等。这意味着缄默知识具有浓郁的实践性教学意义。

Abstract: | The tacit knowledge,comparing to dominant knowledge,is an important part of the overall human knowledge.As a real existence,Tacit knowledge plays a special role in the practical teaching of vocational school,such as helping vocational school students master complex motor skills more effectively,long-standing and mental energy-saving.Based on the special effect,it can create a practical teaching strategy more effectively,so that teachers could be explorers of Tacit knowledge;By the mode of "Apprenticeship",it could create opportunities to help vocational school students construct knowledge;By the good atmosphere,it can promote the dominance of the tacit knowledge and etc.It means that the tacit knowledge is of rich practical teaching significance. |
