绎课在职教烹饪专业理实一体化教学中的应用

摘    要:绎课是职业教育课改的具体实践,通过对绎课的内涵及特点进行阐述,明确绎课在理实一体化专业课程中应用的可行性,分析了绎课在职教理实一体化教学中的作用,并针对绎课在烹饪理实一体化教学过程中存在的现实困境,从搭建平台、出台政策、打破知识结构等方面提出了具体的思路和举措。

The Application of"YiKe"in the Integrated Teaching of Theory and Practice in Cooking Professional of Vocational Education

Abstract:YiKe is the specific practice of the curriculum reform of vocational education.Through the elaboration of the connotation and characteristics of YiKe,the application feasibility of YiKe in the integrated teaching of theory and practice in cooking professional was clarified,the function of YiKe was analyzed.In view of the practical difficulties existing in the integrated teaching of theory and practice in cooking professional,this paper put forward specific ideas and measures from the aspects of building platform,issuing policies,breaking the knowledge structure,etc.
