| 摘 要： | 实施西部大开发战略 ,是党中央总揽全局、面向新世纪作出的重大决策 西部大开发直接关系到扩大内需 ,促进经济增长 ,关系到民族团结、社会稳定和边防巩固 ,关系到缩小东西部业已扩大的地区差距 ,实现区域经济协调发展和共同富裕 湖南湘西自治州正式被划入国家西部大开发的范围之内 ,我省在这大方向的指导之下 ,提出开发大湘西 ,实现全省经济的协调发展 我省各地区的优势及其动态变化 ,决定着湖南西部大开发的战略方式

| Abstract: | The strategy of the western development is an important policy that the central committee of the CPC laid down as a policy for the overall situation and the new century. It not only has direct bearings on the domestic demands and economic growth but also on the ethnic harmony, social stability and the consolidation of the frontier defense. It is also directly related with the narrow of the regional economic gap, as it is between the east and west part of China, with the regional economic development in a balanced way and with the common well-being. The Xiangxi autonomous prefecture in Hunan province has been officially divided to the areas of western development. Under this big direction, Hunan province has decided to develop the Xiangxi autonomous prefecture with the purpose of realizing the economic development in a balanced way. This article begins with the study of the regional advantages and their dynamic states and tries to discuss the strategies of the western development in Hunan province. |
