| 摘 要： | 阐述了鱼腥草中水分、可溶性总糖、蛋白质、粗纤维、粗脂肪和维生素C共六种成分的定量分析方法,比较了鱼腥草的地上部分和地下部分各成分的含量,发现地下部分中的水分、可溶性糖、蛋白质和粗脂肪的含量均高于地上部分,维生素C和粗纤维的含量低于地上部分·

| Abstract: | The paper records the quantitative analysis ways on the moisture,soluble saccharides,protein,crude fiber,crude fat and vitamin C of Houttuynia cordata Thunb,as well compares and analyses the composition content of the above and under ground part.The experiment discovers that contents of moisture,saccharides,protein and crude fat in the underground part are more than that in the above ground,but vitamin C and crude fiber contents are less than the above part. |
