| 摘 要： | 近年来我国服务外包产业取得了蓬勃发展,承接日本的信息技术外包(ITO)项目已经成为我国这一新兴产业的重要组成部分。通过对日本软件服务外包的历史、一般开发流程、开发的分类、软件外包的目的、现状与前景的介绍,旨在给出日本软件服务外包的概观,归纳日本软件服务外包所急需的技能,为高等职业教育中信息技术外包方向的专业设置提供借鉴。
