教师专业化发展的内涵与对策

摘    要:教师专业化发展已成为国际教师教育改革的趋势,受到许多国家的重视,也是目前教育改革实践提出的一个具有重大理论意义的课题。教师专业化最基本的含义就是要把教学视为专业,把教师视为专业人员;教师的专业性主要体现在教师发展的专业结构上;教师的专业发展的建构策略是促进教师专业成长和教师自我专业的发展。

Abstract:The development of the teachers' specialization, which has been cared for in many countries, has become the tendency of the global reform of teacher-talented, as well as a meaningful theory issued upon the current reform of education. The basic meaning of the teachers' specialization is to treat teaching as speciality as well as to treat teacher as full-time personnel. The teachers' speciality is illustrated upon the major structure of the teachers' development. The teachers' constructing strategy on the development of speciality is to advance the level of teaching and teachers' self-development of speciality.
