| 摘 要： | 新型城镇化已成为政府施政战略、社会广泛共识、学界研讨热点、民众热议焦点。推进新型城镇化发展,应在科学确定未来我国城镇化发展思路和方向的基础上,紧抓推进户籍制度改革、坚持就业优先、节约集约利用土地、强化环境保护等战略重点。

| Abstract: | New urbanization has become a governmental strategy , a broad social consensus , an academic discussion and a heated discussion among all people .In order to well promote the development of China ’s new ur-banization ,we should scientifically determine the future development of China ’s urbanization ideas and direction , promote the reform of household registration system ,give priority to employment ,save and use land intensively and strengthen ecological environment protection . |
