| Abstract: | Higher education is a great course which concerns the future of the country and the vitalization of the nation. Colleges and universities are the cradle of high level personnel of creative ability. The sacred mission of an ordinary primary Party committee of a college or a university is to take the important thought of "three representatives" as the guideline, to keep the socialist orientation in running the institution, to lay stress on the development, to strengthen the reform. |
