| 摘 要： | 本研究利用SWOT分析方法对目前教学团队建设所存在的优势、劣势、机会与挑战进行了分析,提出了今后教学团队在提高团队内涵建设、优化人才选拔与培养、提高团队协作意识、强化内部机制以及优化评价体系的建设发展思路,为教学团队的建设与发展提供理论支持与帮助。

| Abstract: | This study analyzes the strength,weakness,opportunities and challenges of current teaching team construction using SWOT analysis,and then puts forward some suggestions for its future development,including a better understanding of the connotation of team construction,personnel selection and training,consciousness of cooperation,strengthening internal mechanism and optimizing the evaluation system,etc.The study aims to provide some theoretical support for the teaching team construction and development. |
