| Abstract: | “No relieves, no fights”. The true realization of the right to the villager election is presented in the effective systems of the right relieves. By mainly analyzing both the present situations of the right to the villager election and the flaws of the systems of the relieves of the right to the villager election, and then deeply studies some the systems of the relieves of right to the villager election in our country. |
