高职院校骨干教师的培养策略

摘    要:目前,我国高等职业院校师资队伍的现状令人担忧。加强高职师资队伍建设,全面提高教师队伍的整体素质,是发展职业教育的当务之急,而骨干教师的培养是教师队伍建设的关键。培养骨干教师,认定是基础,培养是重点,还要重视优秀团队的建设和教师的心理健康教育,保证教师自身能量的最大发挥。

Abstract:In present, current situation of faculty team in higher vocational college in china is worried. It is urgent matter for developing vocational education to strengthen construction of faculty team in higher vocational college and enhance whole quality of faculty team. Developing mainstay faculty is the key of construction of faculty team. First, selecting of mainstay faculty is the basis and developing of them is the emphasis;Secondly, constrscting of excellent team is not allow to be ignore; Thirdly, mental hygiene of mainstay faculty must be valued; In addition, it must be assured than teachers can give play to their effect.
