论职业核心素养取向的职业教育教学项目开发

摘    要:职业核心素养是职业学校学生面向未来工作与生活世界的素养需求,也是当前职业教育课堂教学改革的重要取向.职业核心素养取向的教学项目开发以建构主义理论、多元智能理论、实用主义理论为依据,促进职业教育课堂教学效果优化,推动学生可持续发展.职业核心素养取向的教学项目开发要通过以强化职业核心素养培育为目标选择教学项目、以提升职业核心素养培育为宗旨改造教学项目、以落实职业核心素养培育为根本设计教学项目、以深化职业核心素养培育为核心开发配套资源等具体路径来实现.

Development of Vocational Education Teaching Project Oriented by Vocational Core Competence

Abstract:Vocational core competence is an important orientation of the current vocational education teaching reform.Based on the theory of constructivism,multiple intelligences and pragmatism,the teaching project development of vocational core competence orientation promotes the optimization of classroom teaching effect and promotes students’sustainable development.In order to realize the development of teaching project development of vocational core competence,this paper proposes to select teaching projects with the goal of enhancing the object of cultivating vocational core competence,reform teaching projects to improve vocational core competence cultivation,design teaching projects based on the implementation of vocational core competence cultivation,and develop supporting resources with deepening the cultivation of vocational core competence.
