摘    要:本文对近年来就交际法在英语教学中的可行性提出的质疑进行讨论分析,认为交际法顺应我国语言教学环境要求,不失为一种具有极大潜力的英语教学法。虽然交际法中国化的过程中还面临着一些困难,但因此就对其可行性全面否定无异于因噎废食。本文的目的在于澄清近年来由于交际法在实施中受挫而造成的对交际法可行性的否定,以坚定广大语言教师对交际法的信心,使该种教学法中的优势得以被我国外语教师采纳,并结合其他教学方法中的精华,构建出更有效的外语教学法。

Abstract:This paper is a feasibility study of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) in English class in universities through some of the queries resulting from the setbacks the approach met in class teaching in recent years. It tries to reconfirm that the approach conforms to the requests of China's teaching context thus is still an approach with great potential in English teaching. It is not sensible to completely deny its feasibility even though there may exist some problems. The purpose of the paper is to strengthen the conviction that the approach possesses advantages that university English teachers could learn from and blend with that of the traditional methods so as to develop our own practical teaching and learning method.
