| 摘 要： | 知识产权法律制度,是商品经济和科学技术发展的产物,现代知识产权法律制度形成于资产阶级革命之后.凡是科学技术发达的国家,都较早地建立和健全了知识产权法律制度,知识产权法已成为世界各国法律体系中的重要组成部分.随着我国日益融入世界经济体系中,我国经济体制和经济规则都面临重大的改革和调整,知识产权作为利益机制,全面履行与贸易有关的知识产权制度也不可避免地面临挑战,因此,完善我国知识产权法律制度,是我国知识产权法律制度适应WTO的必然选择.本文立足于此,就我国知识产权法律制度的发展历程作了简要的回顾,在此基础上提出了完善我国知识产权法律制度的对策.

| Abstract: | Intellectual property right system is the result of the development of commodity economy and science technology, the modem intellectual property right system derived of bourgeoisie revolution. Those advanced nation all established consummate intellectual property right system already. And it became the important part of capitalistic countries. Our country is going on a reforming way, and become one of the players in international society. Consequently, we should practise on which clauses linked about intellectual property right system at the point of trade. Therefore, we ought to perfect the protection of intellectual property in order to adapt WTO. This paper recalls the developed way of our nation on protection of intellectual property, and then provided the policies to consummate the protection measures. |
