基于恒温炉智能模糊PID控制器设计

摘    要:本文设计了恒温炉控制系统,恒温控制系统主要由单片机控制与PID控制器实现电热炉自动加热并维持一个恒定值.系统由AT89C51为主的几个模块组成.其中晶体振荡电路主要是向AT89C51提供基准时钟,信号源由DS18B20温度传感芯片提供,键盘设定炉温期望值,单片机输出信号控制开关,实现电热炉加热,并附有显示.

Abstract:this article has designed the control of isothermal furnace system. It is mainly controlled by SCM and PID which automatic control self-heating system and maintain an unchanged value. However , the datum clock mainly provided by the Crystal circuit for AT89C51, the signal source is supplied by the chip of the DS18B20 temperature Sensor .The keyboard can set an expected value for furnace temperature, the signal output through the SCM can controls the Thurston's switches after the Conover of isothermal furnac...
