| 摘 要： | 洗钱罪是我国新刑法增加的一个罪名.这对于打击日益猖獗的洗钱犯罪和其他与之相关的犯罪有着极为重要的意义.本文主要对有关洗钱罪的概念、犯罪构成、立法上存在的缺陷及完善等几个争议颇大的问题进行了阐述和分析,并提出了自己的一些看法和主张,以期对反洗钱的理论和实践产生借鉴作用.
