| 摘 要： | 目前东莞的社会阶层结构中下层庞大,与两头小、中间大的"橄榄型"社会阶层结构不相符合,因此需要加快社会流动,特别是下层向中间阶层的流动。作为促进社会流动的有效途径,东莞成人高等教育发挥了重要的作用,但也存在着诸如教育观念、受益对象、专业课程和师资力量等方面的问题。为推进东莞的社会流动,成人高等教育需要转变教育观念,加大投入力度;完善办学类型,拓宽受益层面;加强课程建设,提高教学质量;注重师资建设,构建专业化的教师队伍和管理团队。

Problems and Countermeasures of Dongguan Adult Higher Education Development --Based on the Perspective of Social Mobility |

| Abstract: | Currently the number of lower class in Dongguan social class structure is huge, which is contrary to the ＂olive＂ social class structure that small at both ends and big in the middle, therefore it is necessary to accelerate social mobility, especially a mobility from the lower class to the middle class. As an effective way for promoting social mobility, Dongguan adult higher education has played an important role, but there are also have some problems, such as the education concept, the beneficiaries, the professional curriculum and teachers. In order to promote social mobility in Dongguan, adult higher education need to change the concept of education, increase investment; improve the school types,broaden the benefit levels; strengthen the curriculum construction, improve the quality of teaching; pay attention to the construction of teachers, build specialized teachers and management team. |
