| 摘 要： | 随着经济和社会的发展,美国社区学院面临着巨大的压力和挑战,如非传统学生人数的剧增、高校合并的弊端以及终身学习的要求。为整合各种资源,争取有利的竞争位置,社区学院开始建立联盟合作以化解危机。其联盟的主要模式包括垂直式合作模式、水平式合作模式以及混合式合作模式,联盟合作对各方都产生了深远的影响,其经验值得借鉴。

| Abstract: | American community college alliances are loosely-based organizations.In order to obtain quality education resource,share manpower,material resources and finance,and realize cooperation,the alliances have formed complementary advantages and risk-sharing cooperative competition through kinds of agreements.American community college alliances will produce some enlightenment on the operating of Chinese schools. |
