| 摘 要： | 为人民服务 ,是一个需要随着社会发展变化的实际 ,不断探索、不断创新 ,才能不断解决的历史性课题。中国共产党为人民服务的社会实践 ,经历了民主革命时期、改革开放前的时期和改革开放后时期的理论探索。“三个代表”重要思想 ,是中国共产党在新世纪新阶段探索怎样代表人民的利益 ,如何更好地为人民服务的最新理论成果。“三个代表”在为人民服务上的理论创新 ,是为中国共产党在新的历史条件下怎样代表人民的利益 ,如何更好地为人民服务 ,以及完善和发展社会主义指出了一条根本途径

| Abstract: | Serve the people is an historical task which needs continuous exploration, innovation according to social development and changes. The social practice of the C.P.C. to serve the people has undergone the theoretical exploration from the democratic revolution to the reform and opening up. "Three represents" is an important thought which shows how C.P.C. represents the people's benefits and serves the people better. So "Three represents", being a theoretical innovation in how to serve the people, points to the fundamental way for C.P.C. to do her best to represent the people's interests and serve them, to improve and develop socialism under the new historical conditions. |
