| 摘 要： | 在我国经济体制转轨过程中,行政垄断大量出现,影响了社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善。对反行政垄断的必要性进行分析,提出了通过经济政治体制改革和立法等多种渠道来遏制行政垄断,最终使其退出历史的舞台。

| Abstract: | Administrative monopoly appears on a large scale in the transition of China's economic system,which is harmful to(establishing) and improving the economic system of socialist market.By analyzing the necessity of counter-administrative monopoly,this essay puts forward many kinds of channels,such as reform of economical political system and legislation,to prevent such monopoly from happening,and finally to withdraw it from history. |
