| 摘 要： | 人工智能促使产业经营模式转变,进而导致人才需求转变,反向影响地方应用型本科人才培养模式。人才培养与人工智能尚未融合、培养目标与岗位能力要求不匹配、教与学脱节、忽视实验课的作用、缺乏数据处理课程是地方应用型本科院校人才培养的通病,但地方应用型本科院校多年办学历史积累的大量数据、高校制度改革压力、客观评价教师水平的呼声、积极有效的学生管理为专业改革引入人工智能思想提供了现实基础。地方应用型本科院校可以尝试从建立数据部门、构建人工智能技术应用通识课程、人工智能技术与专业特色融合、专业培养过程人工智能化四个方面着手展开专业改革的工作。
