民办高校实践性教学环节质量控制体系研究

摘    要:目前我国民办高等教育已经进入了持续健康发展的新阶段,民办高校已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。民办高等教育质量的好坏直接影响我国高等教育质量,而加强高校实践教学是提高高等教育质量的一个切入点和突破口。本文分析了民办高校实践性教学环节的现状,指出了在实践教学条件、实施、质量控制等方面存在的问题,论述了民办高校实践性教学环节质量控制及改革的必要性,以及建立实践教学质量控制体系的必要性。以民办高校北京城市学院为例,对基于"全过程管理、全员参与"的"五个层面"实践教学质量控制体系的构建进行了分析,并对教学实践结果进行了阐析,此外就目前仍存在的问题提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:Currently China’s private higher education has entered a new phase of sustained and healthy development.Private colleges and universities has become an important part of higher education.The quality of private higher education directly affects the quality of higher education,and practice teaching in colleges and universities is a breakthrough point in improving the quality of higher education.This paper analyses the present situation of the practice teaching in private colleges and universities,pointing out the problems existing in the practice teaching conditions,implementation,quality control and other aspects.It also brings forward the necessity of practice teaching quality control and reform in private colleges and universities,and discusses the necessity to establish a practice teaching quality control system.Taking a private university(Beijing City University) as an example,this paper elaborates the establishment of "Five Aspects" practice teaching quality control system which is based on "Whole Process Management,Full Participation",and illustrates the teaching result of this quality control system.In addition,it gives some suggestions to solve those existing problems.
