| 摘 要： | 近年来我国高等教育取得了跨越式发展，创建世界一流大学和高水平大学的努力取得了丰硕成果，但距离建成世界一流大学的目标还存在明显的差距。世界一流大学的产生与教育投入存在必然联系，应从国家战略的高度继续加大对建设世界一流大学的支持力度，加快建设世界一流大学的步伐，同时高等院校也要以服务求支持、以贡献求发展。

| Abstract: | Recently Chinese higher education has seen striking development. Efforts of building world-class university and high-level university have yielded abundant fruits. However, it still has a long way to go to meet our goal of building world-class university. There is a necessary link between world-class university building and education funding. We should continuously strengthen world-class university building, speed up the pace of world-class university building, meanwhile universities should seek supports by providing service and pursue development by contributing to society. |
