| 摘 要： | 大学在引进和培养优秀青年学术带头人的同时,开始关注学术团队的建设,逐渐向“大师 团队”模式的目标努力。为使学术团队在教师队伍和学科建设方面发挥更大的作用,本文从团队的定义、团队的基本规律及本质特征分析着手,阐明团队对组织的作用,并重点论述大学如何建设学术团队及倡导团队精神。

| Abstract: | Chinese universities has paid much attention to strengthen the construction of academic teams as well as introducing into and building up excellent young science-leaders,with the aim of realization of the "master+team" model,in recent years.The academic teams are thought to play an important role in the management of faculty members and the construction of subjects.In this paper,we will at first analyze the definition of team and its basic disciplinarian and characters.Then,the function of team for the organization is clarified.Finally,we will focus on the discussion about how to create the academic team and how to advocate the team spirit in universities. |
