| 摘 要： | 近年来高职院校招生压力逐渐增大,究其原因较为复杂,除了高考生源逐年减少的因素外,还与高职院校内涵建设、专业建设、本科扩招、社会对高职教育的认同度等有极大的关系。对目前高职院校招生困境进行分析,并提出有针对性的解决方案。高职院校应改进招生模式,包括扩大招生范围、拓展招生宣传途径、加强与本科院校合作、突出就业优势等。

| Abstract: | In recent years,recruitment pressure has increased in higher vocational colleges.There are several reasons accounting for this phenomenon as follows:connotation construction of higher vocational colleges,specialty construction,undergraduate enrollment expansion,social recognition of higher vocational education,as well as the decline of the number of students taking the national college entrance examination.This paper focuses on analyzing the current enrollment situation of higher vocational colleges and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The following measures should be taken,which include improving the enrollment model of higher vocational colleges,expanding the scope of enrollment,increasing publicity channels for enrollment,enhancing cooperation with universities of undergraduate education and highlighting employment advantages,etc. |
