| 摘 要： | 新冠肺炎疫情给高职院校图书馆带来了新问题、新挑战。为了创新高职院校图书馆的服务模式,南京城市职业学院联合国内其他13所高职院校开展了读者调查,在对调查结果进行分析的基础上,提出改善高职院校图书馆馆内服务、推进网站建设、使用社交媒体平台等建议。

| Abstract: | The COVID-19 epidemic has brought new problems and challenges to the libraries in higher vocational colleges.In order to innovate the service mode of libraries,fourteen higher vocational colleges jointly conducted a reader survey.Based on the analysis of survey results,this article puts forward some suggestions as follows:improving library internal services,promoting website construction and using social media platforms. |
