| 摘 要： | 以国家大战略为视角,概述体育强国的战略价值。从以人为本、以文化为载体、以科学为导向方面分析体育强国的理论框架,并基于体育强国战略目标的实现路径与策略,详细论述体育强国的顶层设计问题。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of the national grand strategy,this article summarizes the strategic value of strengthening sports power,analyzes the theoretical framework of sports power from three aspects:taking human as the root,taking culture as the carrier,and taking science as the guidance.Based on the realization path and strategy of sports strategy,the top-level design issues of sports power are discussed in detail. |
