| 摘 要： | 资本运营是出版企业生存发展的机遇和源泉,但在资本运营过程中,也存在政策风险、决策风险、财务风险和经营风险。资本运营是一项系统性工程,要改善资本运营的外部环境,优化企业的资本结构,健全企业内部资本运营的管理制度,建立财务风险预警系统,打造高素质资本运营人才队伍,为资本运营的顺利开展提供保障,从而降低资本运营风险。
