| 摘 要： | 目前农村留守儿童存在许多问题,包括基本权利难以保障、学习问题、生活问题、心理问题．这些问题的形成主要是由于农村劳动力的转移、户籍制度矛盾和家庭教育缺位造成的．从教育的角度看,解决这些问题需要政府、社区、学校、家庭的协调合作:加快户籍制度的改革;政府主动承担相应的教育责任;建立农村社区少年儿童教育和监护体系;加强农村寄宿制学校的建设;在学校教育中增设相关课程;改变家长外出的方式和亲子沟通方式。

| Abstract: | At present there exists many problems among the leit-in children in the countryside, including their basic right's hard safeguards, their life problems and their psychololgical problems, which are caused by the rural labourers' migrate, the contradiction of the household register system and the family education's vacancy. From the education angle, to solve the problems needs the coordinated cooperation of the government, the community, the school and the family; it needs speeding up the reform of the household register system; it needs the government undertaking the corresponding education responsibility; it needs establishing the countryside community educating and guarding system; it needs strengthening the rural boarding school's construction; it needs adding related courses; it needs changes the way of the guardian's egress and the way of communicatoin with children. |
