摘    要:40Cr钢是常用的合金结构调质钢,在加工成螺栓的过程中曾发现热锻开裂。采用金相检验分析方法分析螺栓热锻开裂原因,主要是钢中存在较严重的夹杂物和磷偏析或轧制划伤引起的,同时提出减少表面裂纹的措施,旨在提高企业产品合格率。

Abstract:40Cr steel tended to crack in the process of being hot-forged to bolts. Metallographic analysis indicated such cracking was attributed to heavy inclusion and segregation of phosphorus or fish tail. Measures were put forward to reduce the surface crack.
