| Abstract: | College Organizers shoulder great responsibilities which are more demand in the new era.Their work quality and efficiency is of great practical significance to completion of fundamental task of building up a decent morality and cultivating people in vocational colleges.This paper expounds the development and changes of the system of organizers,analyses the role of organizers in Party building in vocational colleges,analyses the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the team of organizers in vocational colleges,and puts forward five feasible measures and solutions. |
