| 摘 要： | 当前我国农村留守儿童的健康成长面临学习滞后、心理失衡、行为失范以及安全堪忧等方面的问题。妥善解决农村留守儿童问题应把农民工就地就近转移与鼓励农民工回乡创业结合起来,改善城市农民工子女就学条件并降低入学门槛,加大对农村教育的支持,大力发展职业教育,创新留守儿童的管理模式,发挥学校和社区在农村留守儿童管理工作中的重要作用。
