| 摘 要： | 印度大学附属制是极具特色的印度高等教育制度,与我国目前兴起的独立学院在某些方面有相似性。印度附属学院虽然在推进印度高等教育大众化进程中功不可没,但大学附属制度也给大学的声誉带来了损害。我国独立学院刚刚兴起,从印度附属学院中吸取经验与教训,应在规模数量、办学模式、专业设置、培养质量等方面注意政策引导。

| Abstract: | Indian university affiliated system is a characterized Indian higher educational system, with similarity to our current rising independent college in some aspects. Although Indian affiliated college was contributed in the course of pushing Indian higher education popularization forward, university affiliated system also brought harm to the reputation of university. Since our independent college has just come into being, we should draw experience and lessons from Indian affiliated college and pay attention to the policy guidance in scale quantity, school running mode, professional setup and cultivation quality. |
