职业教育发展的设计模式、内生模式及其政策意义

摘    要:职业教育发展存在两种模式,即设计模式和内生模式。长期以来,我国职教发展一直采用的是设计模式,这使得职教体系一直游离于社会体系之外。我国职业教育要获得持续发展之根,并真正发挥社会功能,必须从设计模式转向内生模式。目前这一转换已在我国悄然发生,促进这一转换的关键是政府、职业院校角色的转变。

Abstract:There are two kinds of modes for the development of vocational education: designed mode and indigenous mode. The designed mode has long been adopted in the development of vocational education in China, which has made the system of vocational education free of the social system. In order to guarantee the sustainable development and the proper displaying of the social functions of vocational education in China, the designed mode must be changed to indigenous mode. Actually, such transition is quietly undertaking and the key link of the transition lies in the change of roles of governments and institutions of vocational education.
