运动训练对矫正大学生心理障碍的实验研究

摘    要:采用SCL-90症状自评量表对河南农业大学146名学生进行测试后,选出12名患有较为严重心理障碍的学生以每周三次,每次进行俯卧撑、2000米跑的方法,锻炼10周。实验结果提示,长时间结伴方式的锻炼,能有效改善大学生的心理状况,运动锻炼与心理健康存在着显的互动关系。

Abstract:Adopting SCL-90 to test the 146 students of Agriculture University of Henen, 12 students who have the serious psychological obstacle are chosen. Let the 12 students exercise 3 times every week, do the sports push up and 2000-meter long-running every time and persist in 10 weeks. From the experimental result, we can get the following conclusion. The long time physical exercise going with companion is useful to improve the psychological state. There is a remarkable relation between physical exercise and psychological health.
