| 摘 要： | 休闲之于个体的生存与发展具有极其重要的意义,绝非普通的休息与放松,休闲教育通过培养科学的休闲理念和良好的休闲技能,提升休闲质量,开发人的潜能,使人更充分地享受生命,享受生活,促进人的全面自由的发展,理应作为素质教育的重要组成部分受到关注。研究发现,我国大学生休闲生活具有休闲时间充裕、休闲意识淡薄、休闲动机不明确、休闲方式的低层次性和非群体性、休闲满意度低的特点。针对这一现状,分析了在高校实施休闲教育的必要性和紧迫性,并建议高校将大学生休闲教育纳入总体规划之中,从理论研究、课程设置、社团组织、后勤服务、社会支持等方面努力落实并逐步完善大学生的休闲教育。

| Abstract: | Leisure assumes an important role in the life and development of an individual person, and it is definitely not tantamount to ordinary rests or relaxations. By cultivating scientific leisure concepts and sound leisure skills, leisure education can improve one’s leisure quality, tap one’s potential, and thus make one fully enjoy his or her life. Since leisure education can bring about the comprehensive development of a human being, it should receive sufficient attention as an important component of the education for all-round development. Research suggests that the leisure education among Chinese college students assumes the following characteristics： leisure time being ample, leisure awareness being insufficient, leisure motivation being unclear, leisure ways being low-leveled and lacking in collective participation, and leisure satisfaction being low. Based on the analysis of the present situation of leisure education in Chinese universities, the paper highlights the necessity and urgency of implementing leisure education in universities and proposes that leisure education should be included in the overall planning of college education. The paper concludes that leisure education among college students could be gradually improved and perfected from intensifying efforts in such aspects as theoretical studies, curriculum arrangement, intramural or extramural societies and organizations, logistic services, and social support. |
