| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of discipline for the quality of editing and publishing journals in local colleges and universities. The disciplines features are the key factors. Editing and publishing journals should be based on discipline characteristics. Local colleges and universities should rely on the features of the Journal for the only road to innovation. |
