| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、实地观察法、访谈法等,就农民体育健身工程对赣州市4个县40个行政村的村民进行了调查.结果表明:赣州市100个示范村的工程建设顺利完成,工程选址较合理,无产权纠纷,使用率较高,对社会、生活、环境产生了积极效益.工程管理不够规范、责权不够明确、融资渠道单一、农民的健身意识较差、社会体育指导员缺乏等是工程建设存在的主要问题.同时提出:强化政府职能,加大资金投入;加强体育骨干培训与管理,积极开展农村体育活动;建立完善的农民体育健身工程服务体系等建议,为赣州市乃至江西省农民体育健身工程的可持续发展提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | By the methods of the questionnaire survey,field observation,interviews,etc.,it investigates the villagers fitness project for peasants who come from 4 of 40 villages in the county in Ganzhou.The results show that: 100 pilot model villages project construction were successfully completed.Project location is more reasonable,no property disputes,usage is high,had a positive benefit on society,life,environment.project management are not standardized,lack of clarity in rights and responsibilities,financing chan... |
