关于老年人力资源开发的思考

摘    要:面对我国未富先老的严峻挑战,探索老年人力资源的开发已成为我国应对老龄化问题一条必要的新途径。在现代医疗卫生条件下,老年人力资源开发潜力巨大,但也存在许多不确定性;老年人力资源的开发利用对个人、家庭及社会具有重要的意义;加强政府重视与支持、改革退休制度、拓展老龄办职能、广泛开展老年人社区活动、发挥老年大学的专长互补作用、重视老年人健康等,可作为开发老年人力资源的尝试对策。

Considerations on the Development of Senior Citizens' Human Resources

Abstract:Faced with the challenge of aging before becoming developed,it's a new but necessary way for our country to explore the development of senior citizens' human resources to cope with the aging problem.Under the condition of modern medicine and hygiene,the development of senior citizens' human resources is promising but uncertain,but it has abundant benefit for the elders,their family and the whole society.Enhancing government's emphasis and political support,transforming the retirement system,expanding the function of the elderly management office,implementing community activities for senior citizens extensively,making full use of the elderly college's inter-benefit function,and paying great attention to the senior citizens' health,can be considered some solutions to the development of senior citizens' human resources.
