| Abstract: | This paper aims to analyze how thousands of school graduates have narrated their personal experiences of going to work in the countryside and mountain areas by means of prose - a literary mode marked by freedom, spontaneity and authenticity in style. Besides, a probe is also made into the cultural shock and reconstruction in the narration of memory of school graduates so as to scrutinize the cultural shock of school graduates and the significance of its historical irony. |
