| 摘 要： | 以制作、交易、播出为主要环节的电视剧产业链基本形成。电视剧市场的交易环节已经成为连接电视剧产业的枢纽。研究电视剧市场交易环节，可以发现存在许多问题，主要表现在版权问题突出、价格体系混乱、交易支付欠佳等方面。追根溯源，电视剧市场交易过程出现的重重问题，与电视剧产业管理体制、市场运作机制、市场交易观念有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Basically, the TV play industry which take production, trading, broadcast as main links has formed in China. The market trading of TV plays has become a focus which concems all parts of TV industry. But there are some problems , such as the copyright , the disordered price system and poor payment transactions in the market. By studying the market trading of TV plays the paper tries to explain the problems in the TV play management system, the market operation mechanism and market trading rules. |
