| Abstract: | Some theoretical problems on the practice of development of a higher professional college with the scientific research activities are discussed much carefully in this paper.Something necessary must be done to complete the task,such as 1.Formulating the research rules and regulations to standardize the research work;2.Building of the research network should be paid more attention to strengthen the management of the research activities;3.Cultivating of the research personnel should be made in order to help the growth of the leaders in research activities;4.More investment should be made to improve the quality of the research work. |
