| 摘 要： | 三国两晋南北朝时期,儒家学者参与立法并解释法律,将儒家思想融入法律之中,特别是儒家思想的精华———礼。引礼入律被继承和发扬得以深化发展,将法律儒家化又推进了一大步,为后来隋唐法律的成熟和完备奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Confucianism occupied the orthodox status in the period of sanguo liangjin and nanbei dynasties.Confucian scholars took part in the legislation and interpreted the law.They put the Confucianism into law,particular the ceremony which is the essence of Confucianism.This period inherited "Intergrating ceremony into law" and made a deep development."Intergrating ceremony into law" in this period put the confucian law forward for a great step,which formed the foundation for the mature and comprehensive law of Sui and Tang dynasties. |
