| 摘 要： | 保举制是清代选拔官吏的一种重要形式，它在清王朝的不同历史时期扮演着不同的角色。晚清时保举制盛行，汉族地主势力以此为契机，纷纷登上历史舞台打破了满清贵族垄断政权的局面。本文拟从成同时的保举制入手，谈谈它对当时官吏成分的转变也就是汉族地主势力的兴起所起的历史性作用。

| Abstract: | The system of recommend was an important form in selecting the officialdom in the Qing dynasty,and it played a different fole in differemt history periods.The system was widely accepted in latter Qing dynasty.Regarding this as the chance,Chinese landlords breaked the Qing Dynasty nobility political power's situation and maked an ascent of the history stage.The text intends to make a commence from the system of recommend in Xianfeng-tongzhi times,and discusses it's historic function in the change of officialdom composition or rising of Chinese landlord. |
