| 摘 要： | 文章分析了电大学籍档案的内容和特点,指出了目前电大学籍档案管理方面存在的一些问题,认为只有完善学籍档案管理的立法、加强规章制度建设,提高管理人员的素质,进一步利用现代化办公设施,提高效率,提高学籍档案质量,加强档案利用的服务,才能真正做好学籍档案的管理和利用工作,使学籍档案管理工作实现科学化和现代化.

| Abstract: | Students files take an important position in RTVU files. Its establishment is a long and complex process. This paper analyses the contents and characteristics of RTVU school files. In the light of the main problems that existed in archival management, the paper puts forward some proposals as follows： to strengthen supervision and control to improve archival management and to enhance the quality of managerial personnel and to make use of modern office facilities to further increase the work efficiency and quality, and to improve the quality of files services. In case of that school archival management could be more scientific and modernized. |
