| 摘 要： | 将学校教育（特别是课堂教学）与企业实践和科研创新结合起来是产学研合作教育的主题，以湖南人文科技学院为例，讨论了构建适应“产学研”合作教育人才培养需要的课程体系和人才培养方案：控制讲授课时，加强实践教学，提高实践教学比例；以培养学生能力为核心，科学构建课程体系；实行开门办学，加强学校与行业企业合作育人，加强素质拓展教育活动。推进产学研合作教育的措施：建设校企合作平台，推动产学研合作教育的广泛开展；依托省级基地建设，促进产学研合作教育的深入开展；设立产学研合作基金，引导产学研合作教育的全面开展。

| Abstract: | Combining school education （especially classroom teaching） with enterprise practice and scientific research inno- vation is the theme of Industry - university - research cooperation education, taking Hunan Institute of Humanities, Science and Technology as an example, the course system and talent cultivation plan of constructing ＂research＂ cooperation education need is discussed： controlling teaching classes, strengthening practical teaching and improving the practice teaching proportion; to culti- vate students＇ ability as the core, scientific curriculum system construction; implementation of open education, strengthening school cooperation and enterprise education, strengthening quality education activities. The measures of promoting the cooperative education are ： the construction of school enterprise cooperation platform to promote the extensive development of cooperative edu- cation ; relying on provincial base construction to promote the further development of cooperative education ; setting up cooperation fund to guide the cooperative education. |
